‘Exchanges and Returns’ may be made up to 30 days after purchase. Refunds Are Issued As Store Credit Only
If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a exchange/refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must be in the original packaging with original tags present.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned; Perishable goods such as food/drink, personal hygiene items, and custom orders.
To complete your return, we require a receipt for proof of purchase.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. After we receive the item we will work closely with you during the exchange process to help things go smoothly. For returns we will mail a gift card with store credit for your item after we receive and inspect the item.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
